An advance payment of $400, followed by the remaining $300 upon the signing of the marriage document. This structured payment plan allows for a smooth and transparent financial transaction, ensuring that both parties are committed to the process.

We also offer an extra discount to clients who choose to pay the full amount upfront. If you decide to pay 100% of the total sum, which is $700, you will receive a discount of $50, reducing the total cost to $650.

This option is designed to provide a financial incentive for those who wish to secure the service and benefit from a slight reduction in the overall cost.

Our company guarantees the successful outcome of the marriage registration process. We back this promise with a detailed Services Contract that outlines all the terms and conditions, as well as the responsibilities of both parties.

The contract will be drafted in collaboration with our trusted law firm, ensuring that it is legally sound and enforceable. We have a proven track record of facilitating marriages between Egyptian citizens and foreign spouses, even in cases where both parties are unable to be present in person. The First Option:

Everything is simple: The attorney makes a package of the document that needs from a foreigner wife for the process. When she complete the documents according to the plan she will send it to Egypt.

All the documents have to be legalized from her country at notaries, ministries of foreign affairs and Embassy of Egypt.

At the same time the husband makes a Power of Attorney according to the conditions that Law Firm gave him.

All of that is necessary for making marriage in Egypt without husband and wife by attorneys.

After all the documents will be done the lawyers of our Law Firm collect the rest of inquiries and information and go directly to sign an original marriage.

Wife and husband will get a copies of their contract after totally completion of financial questions by a Service Contract.

According to Egyptian law, a Muslim man can marry a woman who is Muslim, Christian or Jewish. A Muslim woman can only marry a man who is Muslim. Same-sex couples cannot get married in Egypt its a crime there . You cannot get married at the embassy. If the man is much older than the woman he wants to marry, there may be additional conditions for the marriage.

The second option :-

If you are a foreign wife and you want to marry, you must meet the following requirements:

• You and your partner must be 18 or older.

• If you are under 18 and you marry abroad, it might your country authorities will not recognise your marriage until you and your partner are both 18.

• You and your partner must not already be married to or have a registered partnership with someone else.

• If you are under guardianship, you will need the permission of your guardian or of the limited jurisdiction judge .

• The following family members are not allowed to marry each other or enter into a registered partnership with each other: parents and children, grandparents and grandchildren, and brothers and sisters.

  What documents do I need to marry in Egypt?

• Certificate of religion :- Islam, Christianity and Judaism are recognised by law in Egypt. To get married in Egypt you will need a certificate that states your religion.

• You can get this document from your mosque, church or synagogue. If you want to convert to Islam, you can do this at Al-Azhar University. The university will issue a certificate of religion.

• Medical certificate :- To get married in Egypt you will need a medical certificate. You and your partner must go to a government hospital in Egypt to have medical tests carried out. You will then receive the medical certificate.

• Legal marriages performed in Egypt are recognised . You must have your marriage certificate legalised. Orfi marriages are not recognised in any country . Passport :- To get married in Egypt you will need a valid passport. An ID card will not be accepted. Documents if you are divorced :- Are you divorced? Then you will need: An original copy of the marriage register of your municipality. This document should not be older than 6 months and has to state when the divorce was registered. A certified copy of your divorce statement from the court. You may need to have these documents translated and legalised. Documents if you are widowed :-

  If you are a widow or widower, you will need official copies of your marriage certificate and of your deceased spouse’s death certificate.

  You must have the document translated and legalised. Additional information Under Egyptian law, an Islamic man may be married to up to four women at the same time.

• Witnesses to the marriage can be: 2 men or 2 women and 1 man. They must all have Egyptian nationality. A marriage in Egypt takes place entirely in Arabic.

  It may therefore be advisable to bring an interpreter.
