We offering two options :-

Signing an electronic contract is the initial step in our process and will be facilitated through Google Workspace.

It's essential to understand that our electronic contracts hold the same legal validity as traditional paper contracts. For clients in Egypt, we will schedule an in-person meeting with our legal representative to ensure that the contract is signed with all necessary formalities. Our contracts are customized to meet your specific needs and concerns, providing a clear and comprehensive agreement. Payment for our services is structured in two installments: an advance payment of $400 and a remaining $300 upon signing the marriage document. We also offer a discount for clients who opt to pay the full amount of $700 upfront, bringing the total cost to $650. Our company guarantees the successful completion of the marriage registration process, backed by a detailed Services Contract, drafted with our trusted law firm to ensure legal soundness. With a proven track record of facilitating marriages between Egyptian citizens and foreign spouses—even in cases of remote participation—we provide the necessary documentation to demonstrate our commitments and successes, ensuring confidence in our service delivery.

The First Option:

The process is straightforward: the attorney will prepare a document package outlining the necessary requirements for the foreign wife to facilitate the marriage process in Egypt. Once she completes the required documents, they must be legalized in her home country by notaries, the ministry of foreign affairs, and the Egyptian Embassy. Concurrently, the husband will prepare a Power of Attorney based on the instructions provided by our law firm. This arrangement allows for the marriage to be conducted in Egypt without the physical presence of either spouse. Once all documents are finalized, our lawyers will gather any additional inquiries or information needed and proceed to sign the original marriage certificate. Following the completion of all financial obligations stipulated in the Service Contract, both the wife and husband will receive copies of their marriage contract.

Our company provides an affordable option for those who wish to handle the marriage process independently. By connecting with us and scheduling an online appointment, you can send us your documents to prepare your marriage file. We will assist you in gathering the necessary documentation and arrange an online appointment for you and your wife at her country's embassy to obtain a "No Objection Letter." Once all documents are complete, our law firm's lawyers will address any remaining inquiries and proceed to sign the original marriage certificate, after which both the husband and wife will receive copies of their contract, following the completion of any financial obligations outlined in the Service Contract. It's important to note that under Egyptian law, Muslim men can marry women of Muslim, Christian, or Jewish faith, while Muslim women may only marry Muslim men. Additionally, same-sex marriage is illegal in Egypt. If there is a significant age difference between the couple, additional conditions may apply to the marriage.
